The new www.acquistinretepa.it website is online, developed by Elsag Datamat with HP for customers Consip and the Italian Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
The portal represents an important step forward for innovation and modernisation in the Italian Public Administration. By simplifying the information flows and players involved in the purchasing process and making them visible, the website contributes to rationalising the PA and making it more efficient and transparent in the eyes of the public.

Elsag Datamat, green technologies for baggage handling at Fiumicino Airport
The largest automatic transit baggage handling system ever implemented in Italy and one of the leading solutions in Europe was officially opened today at a ceremony attended by Gianni Letta, the Undersecretary of the Prime Minister’s Office. Supplied by Elsag Datamat and installed in an area covering about 7,000 sq m, it will enable Aeroporti di Roma, the operator of Rome’s airports, to handle up to 6,000 bags per hour.
