Elsag Datamat considers its management system as a tool to encourage enterprise-wide cultural and organisational growth, as described in the Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Information Security Integrated Management System Manual.
In order to provide guarantees of seamless compliance with standards as they evolve, the company periodically engages a certification body accredited by ACCREDIA (the legally recognised State association for the accreditation of certification and inspection bodies) to audit its management system.
The Quality Management System is certified in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, covering "Design, integration, realization, installation, servicing and maintenance of hardware and software systems for data elaboration, communication, command and control, plants and relative complementary / additional works for the sectors: Postal, Industry, Banking, Insurance, Public Administration, Services, Transports, Utilities, Information Technology. Consulting services for business processes re-engineering, physical and logical security. Network and Systems management. Contact/Call Centre services and Help Desk services). Management of design, integration, realization, assistance and maintenance of ERP systems. Business processes management (Staff administration, back-office, monetary data transmission, documents, documents archiving and storage, data entry)".
